A busy bar needs people who can keep drinks flowing and the counter clean. We find bartenders, bar backs and barista staff for restaurants, hotel bars and venues facing seasonal demand. Before we put anyone forward, we talk with them about the kind of bar they have worked in, so they fit your drinks list and your crowd.

You share your opening times, your busiest nights and the roles you are short on. We suggest people and arrange shifts around your schedule. Because they are on our payroll, adding staff for the season doesn't mean new employment contracts on your side. You simply tell us when the needs change.
